2. Digital Services
2.1 Web Development Services
For web development projects:
- Initial deposit is non-refundable once work has begun
- Refunds may be considered if work has not started
- Partial refunds may be available based on project completion stage
2.2 Design Services
For design projects:
- Concept stage: 100% refund if no designs have been created
- After concept approval: No refund available
- Revision requests must be submitted within 7 days of delivery
3. Refund Process
To request a refund:
- Submit a written request to info@claban.in
- Include your order number and reason for refund
- Provide any relevant documentation or screenshots
- Allow 5-7 business days for review
4. Non-Refundable Items
The following are not eligible for refunds:
- Custom development work that has been completed
- Domain name registrations
- SSL certificates
- Hosting services after use

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Processing time may vary depending on your payment provider:
