2. Digital Services

2.1 Web Development Services

For web development projects:

• Initial deposit is non-refundable once work has begun
• Refunds may be considered if work has not started
• Partial refunds may be available based on project completion stage

2.2 Design Services

For design projects:

• Concept stage: 100% refund if no designs have been created
• After concept approval: No refund available
• Revision requests must be submitted within 7 days of delivery

3. Refund Process

To request a refund:

1. Submit a written request to info@claban.in
2. Include your order number and reason for refund
3. Provide any relevant documentation or screenshots
4. Allow 5-7 business days for review

4. Non-Refundable Items

The following are not eligible for refunds:

• Custom development work that has been completed
• Domain name registrations
• SSL certificates
• Hosting services after use

5. Payment Method

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Processing time may vary depending on your payment provider:

• Credit/Debit Cards: 5-10 business days
• Bank Transfers: 7-14 business days
• Digital Wallets: 3-5 business days
